Processing Time:
Orders are processed 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Method:
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail,and UPS depending on weight and destination.

Delivery Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Confirmation:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. EarLume Ear Candy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
